Our project estimates are $50.00. That estimate fee will be dropped however when you book a service with us. All projects being booked with us require a face-to-face consultation. All projects come with a 3-month warranty.

Our Hourly Rate: $185/hour. The hourly rate includes the cost of labor, contractors, travel, tools, and taxes. Materials could be included depending on cost, if you need us to purchase the required materials we will provide the receipt for you.

 

Flat Rate Fees:

 

For a half-day of service, we charge  $800.00.

Half days are 5 hour work days.

For a full day of service, we charge $1600.00 

Full days are 8 hour work days. 

​

Includes: Labor, contractors, tools, travel, taxes, materials could be included depending on cost, trash disposal, and clean up crew included.

We also take care of ALL preparation for the project such as: Collecting work materials from the store, disposal fee (We haul trash away), logistics to the property from where we have to park, touch-up and cleaning, when we paint we automatically take care of touch-ups and clean-ups, we automatically do walkthroughs before and after the project to make sure customer is 100% satisfied.

We work with you! Let us know your budget and we will try to work around your set budget depending on the job.

If an additional team member is required it will be $50/hour extra.

​

For large-scale projects, we will give you a time range of when the project will be complete. We don't put a time limit on any of our services as every project could vary. 

 

Due to safety and liability reasons we charge $175.00 per ladder if a project requires. 

​

We also charge $50 additionally if we are required to bring a generator onsite.
